NOVELTY - Nano thermal conductive coating comprises 5-15 pts. wt. nano metal, 15-30 pts. wt. adhesive, 15-25 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 5-15 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide, 40-80 pts. wt. ethanol, 30-60 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, and 3-8 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - Used as nano thermal conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: reaches the thermal conductivity 63 W/(~x k), the temperature resistance at 2900 degrees C and adhesion of the coating 1.87 N/inch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano thermal conductive coating, comprising adding the nano copper, nano iron, nano calcium carbonate, and nano alumina into ethanol, stirring and heating at 50-60 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the sol system, adding the adhesive, curing agent, dispersant, defoamer, and surfactant to the sol system, stirring and heating at 60-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling at room temperature.
