▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing patterned graphene film on flexible substrate comprises (i) dissolving acrylic resin monomer, medium-chain glycerol or medium chain triglyceride, photoinitiator, and modified castor oil to obtain oil phase solution; (ii) adding deionized water into oil phase solution, performing homogeneous emulsification, ultrasonic emulsification or microfluidic emulsification to obtain emulsion; (iii) injecting emulsion for UV radiation curing to obtain nanogel dispersion; (iv) placing nanogel dispersion into dialysis bag, sealing and placing into deionized water for dialysis; (v) lyophilizing nanogel dispersion to obtain nanogel; (vi) coating nanogel on surface of catalytic metal substrate by patterning to obtain sample; (vii) calcining sample to obtain metal-based patterned graphene film; (viii) coating layer of flexible material on surface of metal-based patterned graphene film; (ix) soaking sample in etching solution; and (x) washing graphene/flexible material combination and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing patterned graphene film on flexible substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and environmentally friendly.
