NOVELTY - Preparation of self-based target DNA caused by assembling DNA/fiber graphene composition comprises dispersing the reduced oxidation graphene, taking 2 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding DNA1 and DNA2, reacting at room temperature to obtain DNA1/GN and DNA2/GN compound, mixing, adding target DNA to the system and performing layer-by-layer self-assembly reaction at room temperature. USE - Method of preparing self-based target DNA caused by assembling DNA/fiber graphene composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has low cost, good stability, high sensitivity, wide linear range and good selectivity.
