NOVELTY - Use of electromagnetic material modification method in preparing polyimide foam electromagnetic shielding material. USE - The method is useful in preparing polyimide foam electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses silane coupling agent to modify the surface of graphene and iron oxide powder, is capable of generating conductive synergistic effect, obtaining stronger electromagnetic shielding ability, directly coating the polyimide foam surface, obtains electromagnetic shielding performance, flame-retardant and flame-proof performance, uses shielding material with low toxicity and excellent heat insulating performance. The preparation method is simple, can prepare shielding material with various sizes, is easy for mass production, has no pollution to the environment, and has no toxic effect to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyimide foam electromagnetic shielding material, comprising (i) dispersing electromagnetic material in 100 pts. wt. polar solvent; (ii) adding 0.1-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent to modify the surface of the electromagnetic material to obtain mixed dispersion; and (iii) taking 5-100 pts. wt. mixed dispersion liquid uniformly coated on all the outer surface of the polyimide foam plate, drying to obtain the polyimide foam electromagnetic shielding material.
