▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene intrusive welding method comprises (i) uniformly mixing graphene nano-powder or nano-sheet and medicinal powder using ball milling process, adding the mixed powder into a steel belt and drawing into a welding wire, (ii) drying the welding wire, and adding the dried welding wire into a welding gun, (iii) placing the welding gun the workpiece to be welded, and placing the ultrasonic vibration device below the workpiece to be welded, (iv) confirming that the cooling water circulation channel, conductive channel and gas channel of the welding torch are unobstructed, (v) turn on the cooling water circulation system and the ultrasonic vibration device, and set the parameters, and (vi) turn on the welding power source and performing welding. USE - The method is useful for graphene intrusive welding. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the strength and hardness of the weld seam; promotes the formation of uniformly distributed hard points in the tissue and hinders the slippage between crystals; improves the strength, hardness, toughness and wear resistance of metal materials; improves the mechanical properties of welds; and achieve reliable connections.
