NOVELTY - The frame has a universal self-lock wheel (6) whose upper end is provided with a shelf (7). Two supporting rods (5) are respectively fixed on side parts of the shelf. A fixed clamp (8) is fixed on each supporting rod. An upper end of the supporting rod is provided with a moving frame main body (9) that is provided with a stair (4). An upper end of the stair is provided with a fixing plate (3). A graphene storage battery is located at a left side edge of a storage box (11). An interphone and the graphene storage battery are electrically connected with each other. USE - Safe-electric power overhaul mobile frame. ADVANTAGE - The frame is convenient to replace and maintain, and can randomly adjust height of a telescopic rod according to personal height for repairing a pick-and-place tool in a convenient manner, thus improving working efficiency, and has high safety.
