▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Biosensor for detecting a target substance using graphene oxide by fixing target material-specific aptamer to electrode, combining with target material, directly coupling with graphene oxide, and measuring reduction current to electrochemically reduce graphene oxide bonded to target substance. USE - The biosensor is used for detecting a target substance using graphene oxide. The target material is chosen from metal ions, DNA, RNA, ATP and protein. The protein is chosen from thrombin, fibrinogen, immunoglobulin G (IgG), IgM, IgA, IgD, hemoglobin, myoglobin, albumin, casein, prolamine, actin, myosin, collagen and keratin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has excellent sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for detecting a target substance using graphene oxide, which involves fixing target material-specific aptamer to electrode, adding to solution containing 6-mercapto-1-hexanol, combining with the target material, directly coupling with the graphene oxide, and measuring reduction current to electrochemically reduce graphene oxide bonded to target substance.
