▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The pipeline has a power supply module, a data collecting module, a wireless emitting module that are connected with each other. The data collecting module is vertically fixed in a wall of a pipeline body. The power supply module and the wireless emitting module are sealed and fixed on an inner wall of the pipeline body. A wireless receiving module, a data processing module and a display screen are orderly connected from outer side of the pipeline body. A piezoelectric layer is formed with a piezoelectric micro-structure composite film. A pressing resistance layer is composed of graphene film with a gold electrode surface of a micro-structure. USE - Fluid flow rate monitoring-type intelligent pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The pipeline occurs bending deformation with movement of fluid to generate electrical signal so as to realize monitoring of fluid state in the pipeline, so that difficultly in a conventional pipeline system can be effectively detected and monitored to collect requirements of the pipeline system in complex state.
