NOVELTY - Preparing sodium ferro-phosphate-type anode material involves mixing sodium carbonate, ferrous oxalate or ferrous oxalate hydrate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate or diammonium hydrogen phosphate based on required stoichiometric ratio of positive electrode material to obtain the precursor material. The precursor material is dissolved in deionized water, magnetically stirred at 60-120degrees Celsius, and evaporated to dryness to form precursor gel. The precursor gel is dried to form powder, placed in a tube furnace and heated in inert atmosphere at 200-350degrees Celsius for 1-6 hours, or precursor gel is dried to form a powder, and placed in a tube furnace, heat treated in an inert atmosphere at 200-350degrees Celsius for 1-6 hours, and heated up to 350-600degrees Celsius in inert atmosphere for 5-15 hours.
