NOVELTY - A bismuth vanadate/chromium porphyrin/graphene quantum dot two-dimensional composite Z-type photocatalytic material comprises bismuth vanadate nanosheets with functionalized graphene quantum dots as template, and chromium porphyrin complex with two-dimensional planar structure. USE - Bismuth vanadate/chromium porphyrin/graphene quantum dot two-dimensional composite Z-type photocatalytic material used for hydrogen production in visible light splitting water without any sacrificial reagent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good visible light-driven photocatalytic performance for full-cracking water hydrogen production, and has good application prospect in the Z-type mechanism full cleaved water catalytic hydrogen production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of bismuth vanadate/chromium porphyrin/graphene quantum dot two-dimensional composite Z-type photocatalytic material comprising preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, centrifuging, taking upper layer suspension, drying to obtain ultrathin graphene oxide, respectively calcining under hydrogen sulfide and ammonia atmospheres, carrying out concentrated nitric acid heat treatment and liquid ammonia water heat treatment, centrifuging, taking upper layer suspension, drying to obtain functionalized graphene quantum dots, mixing with bismuth(III) nitrate solution, stirring, adding ammonium metavanadate solution, adjusting pH value to 7, carrying out hydrothermal treatment at 180 degrees C for 3 hours, washing product with deionized water and ethanol, obtaining bismuth vanadate/functionalized graphene quantum dots product, mixing with chromium porphyrin/ in dimethylformamide solution, dissolving, stirring and dispersing, and rotary evaporating; and (2) preparation of platinum oxide loaded-bismuth vanadate/chromium porphyrin/graphene quantum dot two-dimensional composite Z-type photocatalytic material comprising taking bismuth vanadate/chromium porphyrin/graphene quantum dot two-dimensional composite Z-type photocatalytic material, adding tetraammineplatinum(II) nitrate aqueous solution, stirring and dissolving, taking reaction product, rotary evaporating, and drying.
