▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Drainage grid has a drainage grid main body and a geotextile. The geotextile is a double-layer composite or single-layer composite for preventing sand from blocking, compounding by bonding, sewing, and heat sealing. The geotextile comprises polypropylene filament geotextile, polyester filament, and/or short fiber geotextile. The drainage grid main body longitudinally uses carbon fiber, polyester fiber and basalt fiber for reinforcing the function of the reinforcing rib. The transverse fiber comprises nylon, polypropylene fiber, and polyester fiber, which is warp-knitted by warp knitting machine to form the drainage grid body. The mesh of the drainage grid main body is 12.5, 25.4, 50.6, and 76 mm. USE - Used as drainage grid. ADVANTAGE - The drainage grid: uses geotextile for preventing sand blockage; uses the drainage grid main body adopts longitudinal fiber as the effect of reinforcing rib; uses the transverse fiber weaved to form a drainage grid main body; uses the water for permeating and draining through the capillary hole structure in the fiber; and uses the abnormal fiber to enhance the function of guiding water and draining. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing drainage grid comprising compounding drainage grid main body and geotextile to form a drainage grid, taking drainage grid main body comprising carbon fiber, polyester fiber or basalt fiber, taking transverse fiber comprising nylon, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, warp-knitting by a warp knitting machine to form the drainage grid body, finally optimizing treatment of the heteromorphic body, optimizing nylon, polypropylene fiber, and/or polyester fiber into the hydrophilic agent for hydrophilic improvement treatment, and then processing the modified polyurethane water-conducting treatment.
