▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a silicon dioxide medium stacked on a silicon substrate. A graphene disk unit is fixed on a silicon dioxide surface of a medium layer. A Ion-gel electric control layer is fixed on the silicon dioxide dielectric layer and covers all of the graphite disk. Different radius of graphene disk Ion-electric control layers are electrically isolated. USE - Graphene-based multi-resonant biomolecule fingerprint detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has dynamically tuneable characteristics, and simultaneously detects the fingerprint spectrum of multiple biological molecules.
