NOVELTY - The sensor has a silicon dioxide medium stacked on a silicon substrate. A graphene disk unit is fixed on a silicon dioxide surface of a medium layer. The graphene disk unit is provided with multiple spaces, where the radius size of the graphene disk is different. The graphene disk is provided with multiple number of grapheme. A two-dimensional periodic array structure is formed on a surface part of the silicon dioxide dielectric layer. A Ion-gel electric control layer is fixed on the silicon dioxide dielectric layer and covers all of the graphite disk. Different radius of graphene disk Ion-electric control layers are electrically isolated. USE - Graphene-based multi-resonant biomolecule fingerprint detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has dynamically tuneable characteristics, and simultaneously detects the fingerprint spectrum of multiple biological molecules.
