NOVELTY - Composition comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene particle, transparent polyelectrolyte solution, 0.5-40 pts. wt. polyamic acid solution and a dispersing agent. USE - The composition is useful for preparing a barrier film (claimed), which is useful in a flexible display product such as plasma display, flat panel display, LCD and organic LED display device. ADVANTAGE - The composition has low moisture permeability and high optical transmittance rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a barrier film comprising the composition; where the graphene particle is dispersed inside the transparent polyimide layer.
