NOVELTY - Nano-graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol-polyethylenimine/Cas9/sgRNA complex, is new. The preparation of the complex comprises carrying out covalent modification of aminated polyethylene glycol and polyethylenimine on graphene oxide, obtaining functionalized graphene oxide Nano-graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol-polyethylenimine, assembling the Cas9 protein and sgRNA into Cas9/sgRNA complexes at room temperature and mixing the Nano-graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol-polyethylenimine and Cas9/sgRNA complexes at room temperature. USE - The complex is useful for gene editing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex has good biocompatibility, high loading capacity and high stability and protects the Cas9/sgRNA complex from enzymatic degradation.
