▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode substrate of lithium-ion battery preparation method involves adding graphene powder, graphene dispersant and solvent to stirring tank in a mass ratio of 5-8%:5-8%:84-90%, stirring, uniformly mixing to obtain composite slurry, uniformly applying the composite slurry on surface of 6-8 mu m foil to thickness of 2-3 mu m, compacting the coated foil using roller press to 6-10 mu m and baking the foil in vacuum oven at 40-50 degrees C for 10-12 hours. USE - Method for preparing cathode substrate of lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cathode substrate of lithium-ion battery by significantly increasing electrical conductivity and reducing impedance, such that reducing heat generated during battery usage and utilizing graphene which is more conductive than copper, such that thickness of the copper foil needs 60-80% of original thickness and saving cost to 15-20%.
