NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene film involves forming graphene on surface of a catalyst metal film, forming a film (a) on surface of the graphene, on which the catalyst metal film is not formed, removing the catalyst metal film, and then doping the graphene in one direction by using a roll-to-roll method. USE - Manufacture of graphene film used for transparent display and flexible display. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene film in short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus for manufacturing graphene film, which comprises a graphene-forming unit, a film (a)-forming unit, a catalyst metal film-removing unit and a graphene-doping unit.
