▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-stability heat-conducting graphite film comprises protective film layer (1). The lower surface of the protective film layer is provided with first buffer layer (2). The lower surface of the first buffer layer is provided with first heat-conducting silica gel layer (3). A second heat-conducting silica gel layer (4) is provided below the first heat-conducting silica gel layer. The second heat-conducting silica gel layer and the first heat-conducting silica gel layer are arranged symmetrically. An artificial graphite layer (5) is arranged between the second heat-conducting silica gel layer and the first heat-conducting silica gel layer. The lower surface of the first heat-conducting silica gel layer and the upper surface of the second heat-conducting silica gel layer are both provided with multiple of graphene powder filling grooves. The graphene powder filling groove is filled with graphene powder. USE - The graphite film is useful for signal transmission. ADVANTAGE - The graphite film: has larger heat dissipation contact area with respect to the graphite block; greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency; and is economical and easy to market.
