NOVELTY - Drawing oil comprises 27-28 wt.% base oil, 60-62% wt. vegetable oil, 3-5 wt.% oiliness agent, 2-3 wt.% modified nanoparticles, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersing agent, 3-4 wt.% tackifier, 1-1.2 wt.% antirust agent and 0.8-1 wt.% antioxidant. USE - Drawing oil for drawing forming processing of wires, pipes and bars made of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum. ADVANTAGE - The drawing oil comprise modified nano particles of high surface activity and small size effect, as lubricating reinforcing agent so that the nano particles are quickly adsorbed on friction surface to form a layer of solid lubricating film. When compared with chemical reaction film formed by sulfur-phosphorus additive, the solid lubricating film has stronger bearing capacity and lubricating property. The vegetable oil used as base oil of drawing oil, has improved lubricating property and viscosity-temperature characteristic than mineral oil, and hence it is completely biodegradable.
