▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material is claimed. The interface material is obtained by compounding conjugated fused ring imide type small molecule compound (I) that can form organic anion and a basic ionizable compound. USE - The organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material is useful in photovoltaic devices and organic solar battery cell and as cathode interface layer of organic solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material has improved performance of the organic solar cell; adopts solution processing technology, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost is low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material is claimed. The interface material is obtained by compounding conjugated fused ring imide type small molecule compound of formula (I) that can form organic anion and a basic ionizable compound. n = 0.5, 1, 2 or 3; R1 = benzene moiety of formula (II); R2 = H or substituent group as R1; R3 and R4 = H, aryl group or 2-20C conjugated group; R5 and R6 = H, 1-20C alkyl, pyridyl or aryl; aryl groups = phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthryl, tetraphenyl, pentaphenyl, triphenylamino, pyrenyl, indenyl, biphenyl, fluorenyl, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, sec-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, hydroxy, mercapto, aliphatic, sulfo, sulfinyl, nitro, amino, imino, carboxy, phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthryl, tetraphenyl, pentaphenyl, triphenylamino, pyrenyl, indenyl, biphenyl, fluorenyl or at least one of aryl groups containing N, S and O heteroatoms; and 2-20C conjugated group = olefin having alternating carbon-carbon single and double bonds. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material comprising dissolving conjugated fused ring imide small molecule compound that can form organic anion in a solvent, and then adding basic ionizable compound and removing solvent after mixing uniformly to obtain organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material; and (2) organic solar battery cell, comprising organic anion-sensitized photoconductive interface material as cathode interface layer.
