▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum alloy fan blade graphene damping coating involves hydroxylating the surface of aluminum alloy fan blade, immersing in an amino group-containing silane coupling agent solution, silanizing for 1-6 hours, aging at 60-150 degrees C for 1-10 hours, obtaining a surface-silanized aluminum alloy fan blade, dispersing carboxylated graphene in water, obtaining aqueous carboxylated graphene dispersion, immersing the surface-silanized aluminum alloy fan blade in the carboxylated graphene aqueous dispersion, adding 0.1-0.5 wt.% catalyst, covalently bonding and reacting at 40-90 degrees C for 8-25 hours, to form graphene coating on the surface of aluminum alloy fan blade, mixing acrylic polyurethane and an isocyanate curing agent, stirring, immersing the coated fan blade in the acrylic polyurethane/isocyanate curing agent solution while heating at 60-80 degrees C and curing for 12-36 hours, film-forming, and obtaining graphene-acrylic polyurethane coating surface-layered aluminum alloy fan blade. USE - Preparation of aluminum alloy fan blade graphene damping coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables coating of graphene-acrylic polyurethane coating layer on the surface of aluminum alloy fan blade, through covalent bond connection, forms strong mechanical bond between graphene sheet and aluminum alloy fan blade and forms a layered constrained damping structure on the surface of the aluminum alloy fan blade, and provides aluminum alloy fan blades with excellent vibration damping attenuation performance.
