▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene titanium-based composite material comprises (a) adding titanium alloy powder and graphene nano sheet to a planetary ball mill for ball milling to obtain a composite powder, (b) vacuum hot-pressing and sintering the obtained composite powder to obtain a preform, where the sintering temperature is within 400 degrees C of the titanium alloy alpha - beta phase transition temperature, the pressure is 20-200MPa, the time is 0.5-5 hour, pressurizing the temperature, counting the temperature, cooling the furnace and (c) subjecting the obtained preform to thermal processing to obtain a graphene titanium-based composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high density and does not have graphene directional distribution.
