NOVELTY - Plastic coating resistant to seawater corrosion comprises component (A) comprising 100 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. pure acrylic elastic emulsion, 4-6.5 pts. wt. zirconia/graphene composite material, 1-1.8 pts. wt. aluminum oxide/tetra-needle zinc oxide whisker composite material, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. nano hexagonal boron nitride, 15-20 pts. wt. inorganic fillers, 10-15 pts. wt. pigments, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. dispersant and component (B) comprising 20-25 pts. wt. curing agent and 15-20 pts. wt. isopropanol. USE - As plastic coating resistant to seawater corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The plastic coating has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness and excellent adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the plastic coating involving (i) placing the zirconia/graphene composite material, alumina/tetra-needle zinc oxide whisker composite material, nano-hexagonal boron nitride and silane coupling agent in a high-speed mixer and mixing to obtain a premix, adding modified waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, pure acrylic elastic emulsion, inorganic filler, pigment, leveling agent, defoamer, and dispersant to the premix, and mixing to obtain component (A) (ii) uniformly mixing the curing agent and mixed solvent to prepare component (B) and (iii) uniformly mixing component (A) and component (B), and using it after leaving still for 20-25 minutes.
