USE - Method for preparing epoxy-based composites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has synergistic enhancement effect. The composite has high toughness, heat resistance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of epoxy-based composites by non-covalently modifying graphene using perylene anhydrides comprises adding 0.02 g graphene into 80 ml N-methyl pyrrolidone, ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, adding 0.0037 g zinc acetate, 0.0392 g 3, 4, 9, 10-tetraperylene-formic anhydride and 0.0242 g tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, continuously dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere at 180 degrees C for 10-14 hours, precipitating reaction liquid with absolute ethanol, separating material, filtering, and vacuum drying to obtain purple black product; weighing 0.13-1.04 g perylene covalently modified graphene, and dispersing into acetone for 1 hour to obtain perylene anhydride covalently modified graphene acetone dispersion; weighing 26 g epoxy resin, removing moisture and air, stirring with covalently modified graphene acetone dispersion, heating, adding 8 g 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone curing agent, heating, stirring curing agent and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material; and placing material into preheated mold at 80 degrees C, degassing for 0.5 hour at 120 degrees C, heating to 140 degrees C, curing for 2 hours, curing at 160 degrees C for 2 hours, and curing at 180 degrees C for 2 hours.
