NOVELTY - Carbon material ink comprises 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 90-110 pts. wt. water. USE - The ink is useful for improving electromagnetic shielding effect of coaxial cable. ADVANTAGE - The ink strengthens the skeleton of the conductive network, and is more conducive to improv the shielding effect of the coaxial cable and improves the insulation and flame retardancy of the coaxial cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS also included for: (1) preparing the carbon material ink, comprising (i) dissolving the dispersant in water, stirring at 800-1500 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes to obtain solution A, (ii) adding the graphene, expanded graphite, carbon black and carbon nanotubes into solution A, stirring and shearing for 1.5-3 hours at speed of 2800-4000 revolutions/minute, and obtaining solution B, and adding auxiliary agent during the stirring process, and (iii) homogenizing the solution B through a homogenizer for 1-2 hours, where the homogenizing pressure is 800-1200 Mpa, and sonicating at frequency of 50-100 Hz for 0.5-2 hours; and (2) improving electromagnetic shielding effect of coaxial cable using the carbon material ink, comprising (a) covering the surface of the conductive wire with polyethylene film, (b) immersing the conductive wire in the carbon material ink, and soaking for 5-60 seconds at 25-35 degrees C, (c) drying the conductive wire at 110-140 degrees C for 10-60 seconds, and (d) covering the outer layer of the conductive wire with a protective layer.
