NOVELTY - Silicon-based cathode sheet, comprises a porous current collector and a silicon-containing material. The silicon-containing material is attached in the pores of the porous current collector, and the porous current collector is a porous carbon material. USE - The silicon-based cathode sheet is useful for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous carbon material as the cathode collector can reduce the content of the conductive agent in the silicon-based sheet cathode and improve the proportion of the silicon carbon material in the whole silicon based cathode, further improve the energy density of the electric core. The porous current collector has low density, low cost, corrosion resistance and so on, compared with the metal current collector.
