▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A light emitting device (10) comprises an electrode (E1), an electrode (16), a quantum dot layer (14) arranged between electrodes (E1) and (16), and an additive layer (12) arranged between the quantum dot layer and electrode (E1) and comprising nickel oxide nanoparticles having an average particle diameter of 10 nm or less and an organic ligand. USE - Light emitting device is used for OLED display device (claimed). Can also be used for lighting device. ADVANTAGE - The light emitting device has improved performance, lifespan, electrical characteristics and stability against moisture and oxygen, and reduced interface resistance between electrode (E1) and layer (12) by decreasing or preventing corrosion of electrode (E1) under layer (12). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the light emitting device.
