NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene-cobalt nanosheet array catalyst comprises adding citric acid, urea and graphene oxide to dispersion medium, preparing uniform suspension, adding pre-treated carbon cloth into suspension, hydrothermally reacting at 150-200degrees Celsius to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene array precursor, loading soluble cobalt salt to nitrogen-doped graphene array precursor under atmosphere of reducing gas, and performing phosphating annealing treatment with phosphorus source at 200-500degrees Celsius. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene-cobalt nanosheet array catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method uses raw materials with low cost, has short preparation period, has simple process and device, and is suitable for mass production.
