NOVELTY - Preparing polymer grafted graphene layered fiber, comprises dissolving graphene oxide material into a solvent and then ultrasonically processing, dissolving polymer in a solvent, adding obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid in the polymer solution and then stirring, and continuously stirring the mixture, centrifuging the reaction solution, washing the supernatant to remove the polymer, and spinning the grafted polymer into a spinning device and then extruding, and collecting the extruded mixture into a coagulating liquid and then rolling. USE - The polymer grafted graphene layered fiber is useful for power transmission, antistatic fabric, and engineering material. ADVANTAGE - The method simply provides polymer grafted graphene layered fiber with high conductivity and excellent mechanical property in an economical manner. The polymer grafted graphene fiber is suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polymer grafted graphene layered fiber, comprises (1) dissolving graphene oxide material (1 pts. wt.) into a solvent (50-5000 pts. wt.) and then ultrasonically processing in water bath at a frequency of 1-50 Hz for 0.1-1 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (2) dissolving polymer (1-20 pts. wt.) in a solvent (20-80000 pts. wt.) to obtain clear polymer solution, (3) adding obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid in the polymer solution and then stirring, and continuously stirring the mixture for 0.1-48 hours, and (4) centrifuging the reaction solution, washing the supernatant to remove the polymer to obtain polymer graft, and spinning the grafted polymer into a spinning device with a diameter of 5-1000 mu m and then extruding, and collecting the extruded mixture into a coagulating liquid and then rolling for 1 seconds to 100 hours.
