NOVELTY - High temperature resistant carbon fiber sizing agent comprises 0.1-10 wt.% thermoplastic resin, 0.001-0.1 wt.% alkylated graphene and 90-99 wt.% organic solvent. USE - The sizing agent is useful for interface modification of carbon fiber/polyaryletherketone resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sizing agent improves the compatibility of the resin base body and the surface of the carbon fiber and interface performance and comprehensive performance of the composite material ; and ensures interface of the composite material has been strengthened and toughened. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sizing agent comprising dissolving thermoplastic resin in an organic solvent, and adding alkylated graphene and ultrasonically dispersing.
