NOVELTY - A graphene-modified PTFE pump valve material contains 100 pts. wt. PTFE powder, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. nano-clay, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 2-5 pts. wt. nanosilicon carbide, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agents 30-35 pts. wt. attapulgite, 12-15 pts. wt. clay, 2-3 pts. wt. cuprous chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. dilute graphite, 5-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. jade, 2-3 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl dimethoxysilane, 4-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, 1-2 pts. wt. rice straw ash, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethyl tin oxide, and 1-2 pts. wt. polyphenol. USE - Graphene-modified PTFE pump valve material for pump and valve devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-modified PTFE pump valve material contains 100 pts. wt. PTFE powder, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. nano-clay, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 2-5 pts. wt. nanosilicon carbide, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agents 30-35 pts. wt. attapulgite, 12-15 pts. wt. clay, 2-3 pts. wt. cuprous chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. dilute graphite, 5-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. jade, 2-3 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl dimethoxysilane, 4-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, 1-2 pts. wt. rice straw ash, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethyl tin oxide, and 1-2 pts. wt. polyphenol obtained by calcining attapulgite and clay at 800-830 degrees C for 3-4 hours, removing, cooling, crushing, soaking in 12-15% aqueous hydrochloric acid for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing with water, drying to obtain dried powder, mixing remaining auxiliary agent raw materials, grinding, and dispersing for 2-3 hours.
