▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves determining a PEN-based graphene composite conductive film. Upper and lower directions on a flexible solar battery chip are determined for superposition to obtain the soft solar battery front electrode module. An electric soldering iron is determined with certain temperature. The soft solar battery front electrode module is pre-pressed and fixed. The flexible solar battery chip is fixed for finishing preheating in the front electrode module. Thermal rolling packaging molding is performed in the soft solar battery front electrode. Operation process is performed for cleanness in environment. USE - Method for manufacturing a flexible solar battery front electrode by using a graphene conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving transmittance of the front electrode and tensile strength and conductive capability.
