▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide comprises a content of oxygen is 6-18 atm.% based on the total content of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, and having an average crystals size of 120-250 nm (average crystalline size). USE - Reduced graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The oxide has a specific average crystal size and oxygen content, excellent quality with low resistance and high electrical conductivity can be provided efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a reduced graphene oxide which involves mixing graphene oxide and iron-based catalyst and reducing the graphene oxide by treating the mixture at a pressure of 3000-4500 kgf/cm2 and a temperature of 150-450 degrees C.
