NOVELTY - Composition comprises metal flocculation layer and porous titanium silicon layer, where metal flocculation layer comprises 30-60 pts. wt. cellulose, 10-30 pts. wt. chitosan, 5-20 pts. wt. hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 5-25 pts. wt. plant extract, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - The composition is useful for removing polychlorinated biphenyls in air, and in catalyzing field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing composition comprising inverting the porous titanium silicon layer into a mold, adding flocculation metal layer into the mold and drying to obtain composition; and (2) use method of composition comprising placing directly in the air.
