NOVELTY - Preparation of conductive composite involves adding deionized water, carboxylated graphene oxide and aniline to reactor, dispersing, adding hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide, heating, filtering, washing, vacuum-drying resultant product, obtaining carboxylated graphene oxide-doped polyaniline, dissolving resultant product in methylpyrrolidone, stirring, adding carbon black, silver-plated pulverized polyester fiber, metal foil and defoaming agent, casting and vacuum-drying. USE - Preparation of conductive composite used as substitute for metallic conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive composite having low density, electroconductivity of more than 90 S/cm and excellent corrosion resistance, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of conductive composite involves adding deionized water, carboxylated graphene oxide and aniline to reactor, mixing, ultrasonically dispersing at 500-5000 Hz for 1-5 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, adding hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide, heating at 60-100 degrees C for 2-10 hours, filtering, washing with hydrochloric acid, washing with water until the filtrate is colorless, vacuum-drying resultant product at 60 degrees C for 48 hours, obtaining carboxylated graphene oxide-doped polyaniline, dissolving resultant product in methylpyrrolidone, stirring at 200-2000 rpm, adding carbon black, silver-plated pulverized polyester fiber, metal foil and defoaming agent, casting and vacuum-drying at 50-100 degrees C. The mass ratio of aniline, carboxylated graphene oxide, hydrogen peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and deionized water is 2-20:1-10:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.5:70-95. The mass ratio of carboxylated graphene oxide-doped polyaniline, silver-plated chopped polyester fiber, carbon black, metal foil, defoaming agent and methylpyrrolidone is 20-50:3-15:10-30:3-10:0.1-1:30-60.
