NOVELTY - Internal crosslinking aqueous polyurethane adhesive includes 200-400 pts. wt. of polyether polyol, 150-250 pts. wt. of toluene diisocyanate, 40-60 pts. wt. of nano graphene, 20-40 pts. wt. of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, 15-25 pts. wt. of dibutyltin dilaurate, 530-50 pts. wt. of water-absorbing agent, 20-35 pts. wt. of sodium bentonite, 15-25 pts. wt. of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. of triethanolamine. USE - Internal crosslinking aqueous polyurethane adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an internally crosslinked aqueous polyurethane adhesive, which involves: (A) heating and dehydrating the polyether polyol, adding toluene diisocyanate after cooling down, and heating and reacting after ultrasonic treatment to obtain a prepolymer; and (B) adding nano graphene, bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, dibutyltin dilaurate, water absorbent BF-5, sodium bentonite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to the prepolymer, stirring uniformly in vacuum, adding triethanolamine after cooling down, and stirring uniformly to obtain polyurethane adhesive.
