NOVELTY - Preparing hydrogen peroxide electrochemical sensor based on graphene sulfide heterojunction comprises using three-electrode electrochemical system, using tungsten needle as counter electrode, silver/silver chloride as reference electrode, taking graphene/iron sulfideheterojunction as independent self-supporting working electrode of electrochemical sensor, photoetching on surface of graphene/sulfide heterjunction by electron beam, plasma etching to obtain patterned sensing material as working area of liquid to be tested, depositing gold electrode and atomic layer deposition silicon dioxide dielectric layer through electron beam evaporation, as sensor working electrode interface connected with electrochemical working station, and using template method to prepare polydimethylsiloxane as micro-channel cavity of the liquid to-be tested to obtain hydrogen peroxides electrochemist. USE - Preparation method of hydrogen peroxide sensor based on graphene sulfide heterojunction useful for detecting hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogen peroxide sensor has high sensitivity, wide detection limit, good stability, good selectivity, and good process controllability and repeatability, and improves the sensor sensing performance of the related sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a hydrogen peroxide electrochemical sensor based on graphene sulfide heterojunction, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
