NOVELTY - Graphene modified powder coating includes A component and B component, and each material in each component is calculated according to the mass fraction. The A component includes 50-68 wt.% bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.8-1.5 wt.% isophorone, 0.3-0.8 wt.% benzoin, 1-3 wt.% special silane coupling agent, 1-7 wt.% modified graphene, 15-20 wt.% zinc phosphate, 8-12 wt.% silicon powder, 1-2 wt.% inorganic pigment and 5-10 wt.% titanium dioxide. The B component includes 38-83 wt.% phenolic curing agent, 16-44 wt.% special binder and 1-46 wt.% mica iron oxide. USE - Graphene modified powder coating for a subway tunnel embedded tank. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified powder coating solves the problems of poor adhesion, corrosion resistance and poor insulation of traditional coatings on the embedded grooves of subway tunnels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified powder coating for embedded grooves in subway tunnels, which involves: (A) heating the screw barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 100-300 degrees C, and adding the materials in the A component in proportion to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device; (B) starting the screw of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, adjusting the screw speed to 45-100 revolutions/minute, after the screw speed is stable, starting the feeder, and the mixture in the hopper is extruded by the screw in the barrel; (C) cooling the extruded mixture, and after the mixture is sufficiently cooled, sending the mixture to the tablet press for crushing treatment; (D) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder for grinding through a 250-mesh sieve to obtain component A mixed powder; (E) heating the barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 100-200 degrees C, and adding the materials in the B component in proportion to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device; (F) starting the screw of the mixing, extruding and dispersing device, adjusting the screw speed to 40-80 revolutions/minute, and starting the feeder after the screw speed is stable, and mixture in the hopper is extruded by the screw in the barrel; (G) cooling the extruded mixture. When the mixture is sufficiently cooled, and sending the mixture to the tablet press for crushing treatment; (H) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder to be ground through a 250-mesh sieve to obtain a mixed powder of component B; and (I) adding the mixed powder of component A and the mixed powder of component B in proportion to the stirring and dispersing kettle for thorough mixing, and is the powder coating for graphene modified subway tunnel embedded tank.
