NOVELTY - Graphene modified powder coating includes A component and B component, and each material in each component is calculated according to the mass fraction. The A component includes 50-68 wt.% bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.8-1.5 wt.% isophorone, 0.3-0.8 wt.% benzoin, 1-3 wt.% special silane coupling agent, 1-7 wt.% modified graphene, 15-20 wt.% zinc phosphate, 8-12 wt.% silicon powder, 1-2 wt.% inorganic pigment and 5-10 wt.% titanium dioxide. The B component includes 38-83 wt.% phenolic curing agent, 16-44 wt.% special binder and 1-46 wt.% mica iron oxide. USE - Graphene modified powder coating for a subway tunnel embedded tank. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified powder coating solves the problems of poor adhesion, corrosion resistance and poor insulation of traditional coatings on the embedded grooves of subway tunnels.
