▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide-tungsten disulfide based composite ammonia gas sensor comprises a structure comprising reduced graphene-tungsten disulfide composite material loaded in interdigital electrode, where the composite material is lamellar gas-sensitive material comprising graphene oxide and tungsten disulfide, the mass ratio of the graphene oxide is not more than 10 wt.% and the remaining components are tungsten disulfide. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-tungsten disulfide based composite ammonia gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor exhibits a good response performance to the ammonia gas in the room temperature environment, good selectivity, stability and repeatability, effectively shortens the time required for reducing, and does not influence the performance of the gas sensitive material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing reduced graphene oxide-tungsten disulfide based composite ammonia gas sensor.
