NOVELTY - Preparation of polyether-ether-ketone/graphene nanocomposite thin film comprises dissociating graphite oxide to graphene oxide by Hummers method, sulfonating by concentrated sulfuric acid for polyether ether ketone powder, surface modifying of graphene oxide using silane coupling agent and dispersing the surface modified graphene oxide with concentrated sulfuric acid and sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone powder in N, N-dimethyl formamide or N, N-dimethyl acetamide solvent for 0.5-1 hour. USE - A preparation method of polyether-ether-ketone/graphene nanocomposite thin film. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has simple technique, convenient operation, easy industrialization, and has potential application value in structure material, friction material, heat-resisting material and barrier material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyether-ether-ketone/graphene nanocomposite thin film comprises: (A) dissociating graphite oxide to graphene oxide by Hummers method; (B) carrying out sulfonation process by concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) for polyether ether ketone powder; (C) carrying out surface modification of graphene oxide using silane coupling agent; and (D) dispersing the surface modified graphene oxide with concentrated H2SO4 and sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone powder in N, N-dimethyl formamide or N, N-dimethyl acetamide solvent, solid content of the graphene oxide is 20-50%, sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone is 0.1-1%, ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, vacuum degassing the obtained solution at normal temperature for 0.5-1 hour and pouring into a mold at 40-80 degrees C, vacuum drying for 6-12 hours to obtain the polyether ether ketone/graphene oxide nanocomposite film.
