▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene epoxy resin composite material involves (i) adding 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 1-5 pts. wt. reducing agent to 100-1000 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, sealing and heating at 90-120 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain graphene water gel, (ii) replacing the graphene hydrogel obtained in step (i) with deionized water for 2-3 times, and replacing with acetone for 3-5 times to remove excess acetone to obtain graphene acetone gel and (iii) adding epoxy resin to the acetone solvent to dissolve, adding graphene acetone gel obtained in step (ii), uniformly stirring and mixing, adding curing agent, again stirring, distilled off the acetone under reduced pressure and solidifying to obtain the product. USE - The composite material is useful in conductive materials and thermally conductive materials application (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the toughness, tensile strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, does not need to process the graphene gel into graphene aerogel, achieve the purpose of saving equipment and time and improves efficiency and reducing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene epoxy resin composite material prepared using the above-mentioned method.
