NOVELTY - Preparing fluorescent carbon dot with narrow fluorescent emission peak half-peak width comprises dispersing the plane conjugated macrocyclic compound into the solvent, reacting for 6-48 hours for 120-250 degrees C, filtering, and purifying to obtain the fluorescent carbon point with narrow fluorescence emission peak half peak width, where the planar conjugated macrocyclic compound comprises phthalocyanine or its derivatives, porphyrin or its derivatives, penazadentate or its derivatives, thiophene or its derivatives, when a metal element is included in the conjugated macrocyclic compound, the metal element comprises the group III, IV, and V element.
