▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced alumina ceramic coating involves taking an appropriate amount of graphene, weighing graphene for ultrasonic dispersion, and mixing the ultrasonically dispersed graphene, ceramic aggregate and the curing agent. The powder is mixed with homemade binder in ratio 1:1.4. The mixture is uniformly coated on the substrate to prepare the graphene reinforced alumina ceramic coating. The coating is subjected to a stage heat curing treatment. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced alumina ceramic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene reinforced alumina ceramic coating with high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.
