NOVELTY - Preparation method of continuously rolled flexible multilayer graphene involves (a) uniformly spraying graphene powder on a plastic-based thin film, pressing into thin film, subjecting the thin film to high-temperature treatment and heating, (b) subjecting two layers of graphene thin film to pressing into compact structure to obtain a graphene film, (c) fixing the graphene film between two phase change layers using adhesives to form a flexible multilayer graphene film, and (d) laminating and adsorbing the flexible multilayer graphene film on an electrostatic film through a calender. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of continuously rolled flexible multilayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures efficient and economical preparation of long-size flexible multilayer graphene film with less labor intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of continuously rolled flexible multilayer graphene involves (a) uniformly spraying graphene powder on a plastic-based thin film at constant speed, pressing into thin film, subjecting the thin film to high-temperature treatment under argon atmosphere and heating at a temperature of 1300-1800 degrees C and a speed of 15 degrees C/minute for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene thin film, (b) subjecting two layers of graphene thin film to pressing into compact structure to obtain a graphene film, (c) fixing the graphene film between two phase change layers using adhesives to form a flexible multilayer graphene film, and (d) laminating and adsorbing the flexible multilayer graphene film on an electrostatic film through a calender, curling and forming.
