NOVELTY - The cable has a heating cable body provided with a heating inner core and wrapped in a heat insulating layer of a peripheral core. The heating inner core is provided with first heating fiber line and a second fiber line. The heating fiber is provided with a first thread. The first fiber line is orderly coated with an outer side of a conductive layer for generating PTC effect from the inner side to the outer side of a resin layer. A heating inner core is provided with the heating fiber or provided with multiple heating fiber plies. Multiple heating fibers and the second fiber line are twisted together. USE - Graphene-based flexible heating cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable has PTC effect, flexibility and retractility, and adjusts temperature range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a flexible heating cable based on Graphene.
