NOVELTY - Flexible yellow organic light-emitting diode comprises a flexible substrate (1), an anode (2), a hole injection layer (3), a hole transport layer (4), an electron blocking layer (5), a light emitting layer, and an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, a cathode and a flexible encapsulation layer arranged in sequence, where the material of the flexible substrate is polyimide, polyethylene naphthalate, polyethylene terephthalate or polycarbonates. The light-emitting layer comprises a double host material and a yellow phosphorescent guest material doped in the double host material composed of mixture of 4,4',4"-tris(carbazol-9-yl)triphenylamine and bis(2-hydroxyphenylpyridine) beryllium in a mass ratio of 1:1, the yellow phosphorescent guest material is acetylacetonate bis(2-phenylbenzothiazole-C2,N)iridium(III), and the material of the flexible encapsulation layer is a water-oxygen barrier flexible film. USE - The flexible yellow organic light-emitting diode is useful in mobile phones, TV and automotive taillights, and also useful in lighting products on the market. ADVANTAGE - The flexible yellow organic light-emitting diode has good barrier property, waterproof and oxygen-proof, and effectively improves service life of the organic light-emitting diode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible yellow organic light-emitting diode.
