The method specifically comprises adding vinyl acetate monomer and solvent after mixing, adding initiator, uniformly mixing, adding into the reaction kettle, introducing inert gas, the raw material in a certain stirring speed, removing oxygen introducing ethylene monomer and heating and polymerizing to obtain ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer precursor, the solvent formed by methanol, ethanol, tertiary butanol according to any proportion, the vinyl acetate monomer, the mass ratio of solvent is 1:1.5-3. The initiator is azodiisobutyronitrile or benzoyl peroxide neodecanoate ester, and the vinyl acetate monomer and solvent adding amount is 0.2-1% of the total weight.
