NOVELTY - The detector has a thermistor (1), a graphene ink layer (2) and a transparent polymer layer (3) that are arranged together. A surface of the thermistor is coated with the graphene ink layer. A surface of the graphene ink layer is covered with the transparent polymer layer. Thickness of the graphene ink layer is controlled for about 130-330 microns. Thickness of the transparent polymer layer is controlled for about 400-550 microns. The thermistor is selected as a positive temperature coefficient thermal resistor or negative temperature coefficient thermal resistor. USE - Wide spectrum photoelectric light detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector is simple in structure, inexpensive and simple to manufacture, and has high photo-thermal efficiency, and improves response degree of illumination. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a wide spectrum photoelectric light detector.
