NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene composite fiber comprises (a) mixing 1-4 wt.% graphene dispersion, 1-4 wt.% poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate dispersion, 12-15 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol and 77-86 wt.% water, defoaming, and allowing to stand to obtain spinning solution, (b) extruding the spinning solution from the spinneret, passing the nascent fiber into first cross-linking coagulation bath, performing cross-link coagulation, then passing the second coagulation bath for coagulation, passing to the acidolysis drafting in the drawing bath, immersing in water bath, drying and winding to obtain polyvinyl alcohol/graphene primary composite fiber, and (c) using fiber post-processing integrated machine for crystallizing the polyvinyl alcohol/graphene primary composite fiber on a constant-temperature heat pair roller, performing dry heat drawing on a heat pair roller, performing relaxation heat setting and winding. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes continuous preparation. The composite fiber: has high electrical conductivity and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyvinyl alcohol/graphene composite fiber prepared by the above method.
