NOVELTY - A polyethylene fiber-based heat-dissipating coating comprises polyvinyl alcohol, PTFE fiber, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, nano-silica, silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), dimethylformamide, sodium azide, aluminum trichloride, sodium ascorbate solution, copper sulfate solution, high-density polyethylene, bisphenol-A phosphite ester, methyl mercaptan, ethyl cellulose and ferrous ammonium sulfate. USE - Polyethylene fiber-based heat-dissipating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene fiber-based heat-dissipating coating has improved compatibility, dispersibility, thermal conductivity and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene fiber-based heat-dissipating coating comprises 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-4 pts. wt. PTFE fiber, 12-15 pts. wt. styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 6-10 pts. wt. propargyl alcohol, 90-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 700-800 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium azide, 0.04-0.05 pts. wt. aluminum trichloride, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.6-2% sodium ascorbate solution, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.8-2% copper sulfate solution, 130-140 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 4-6 pts. wt. bisphenol-A phosphite ester, 0.5-1 pt. wt. methyl mercaptan, 1-2 pts. wt. ethyl cellulose and 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. ferrous ammonium sulfate.
