NOVELTY - Graphene shielding material comprises 1-20 pts. wt. resin, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene material, 20-30 pts. wt. carbon nanotube material, 10-25 pts. wt. magnetic material, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 1-2 pts. wt. additive. USE - The graphene shielding material is used for various antenna or electronic device needs to be shielded, mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), portable multimedia player (PMP), digital camera, and digital video camera (DVC). ADVANTAGE - The graphene shielding material has small density, corrosion resistance, easy processing, excellent shielding characteristics, and excellent shielding performance stability. The material quality is light, and the shielding performance is improved to 40-85 dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene shielding material, which involves (i) adding graphene material, carbon nanotube material, magnetic material and solvent to a grinder for grinding to obtain a prefabricated material, adding the prefabricated material to a mixer for pre-dispersion, and circulating condensed water to the outside of the mixer, and controlling the temperature at 10-25℃ to prepare slurry, (ii) adding the resin to the stirred slurry obtained in step (i), pouring to the dispersion tank for high-speed dispersion, setting the high-speed dispersion speed of the dispersion tank to 0-600 rpm, adding the remaining amount of solvent, introducing circulating condensed water to the outside of the dispersing tank, controlling the temperature at 10-25℃, and performing low-speed stirring in the dispersing tank at 10 rpm to a mixed solution, (iii) adding dispersant and additives to the mixed liquid prepared after step (ii), performing high-speed dispersion and low-speed stirring, setting the low-speed stirring speed of the dispersing tank to 10 rpm, setting the high-speed dispersing speed of the dispersing tank to 3500-4000rpm, introducing circulating condensed water to the outside of the dispersion tank, controlling the temperature at 10-25℃, and stirring the mixture at a high speed to obtain a graphene paste material, and (iv) coating and drying the graphene paste material by means of coating to prepare a graphene shielding material.
